We had another wonderful Easter at home this year. The day before, we colored Easter eggs with Will. Here are the eggs while they were drying, but before they got their "glitter coat," which turned them all a gross brownish purple color:
Will taped a series of notes with arrows around the house like a map for the Easter bunny. Apparently the Easter Bunny comes in the sliding glass door. He's so much more practical than Santa.
The Easter Bunny came to our house while we were at Church to hide Will's eggs and leave Easter Baskets. We let Will hunt his eggs and the boys played with their presents for a little bit. Then, when John went down for a nap, Will helped me fill plastic eggs for John and his friends who came over to have Easter dinner with us. Here are some pictures from the little-kid hunt:

Will helping Lucas. Instead of picking up the eggs and putting them in his basket, Lucas decided to stomp on them and just leave them on the ground.
John dumped the contents of his egg on the ground and then ate Teddy Grahams out of the grass:
Finally talked Lucas into picking up the eggs:
Charlie also discovered they were filled with treats and gave up hunting in favor of snacking:
Then the kids played on the swing set for a while until dinner was ready. I put several pictures in here because they are the only ones I thought to take of the boys together:
Here's Will testing out his big Easter gift, a new bike with training wheels and (even better than that) orange safety cones!
We so loved having our friends around us to celebrate Easter this year!
