In June and July, Will decided to try tee ball. At first he just sat down and played in the dirt, totally ignoring what was going on around him. Here he is before his very first game. I call this his "game face":

but I still think he looks pretty cute!

John spent most of his time either crying because we wouldn't let him go out and play with the big kids, or hanging out under the bleachers:
After a while, Will got the hang of what was going on and really got into it. These pictures are from one of his last games. Here he is running after a ground ball:

In the beginning, we thought tee ball was going to end up being a bust, but Will now says it's his favorite thing. We're even thinking of trying out soccer in the fall!
